Special cases
In the event the oven door is damaged during delivery and purchase date is within 7 days of the reported date,the buyer is eligible to have 1 to 1 replacement of the same model. Buyer is required to provide photos or videos of the box condition before unboxing the product(s) and the current condition of the product(s).
